What is included in a Diamond Painting Pro kit?
Each kit comes complete with a high-quality adhesive canvas, color-coded resin diamonds (drills), a diamond applicator tool, a wax pad, and a sorting tray. Everything you need to start your project is in the box.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping generally takes 7-12 business days, while international shipping can take 15-20 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is the difference between Round and Square drills?
Round diamonds are generally easier for beginners to pick up and place, leaving small gaps for a cross-stitch look. Square diamonds fit snugly together with no gaps, creating a fuller, mosaic-style finish that requires more precision.
What happens if I run out of diamonds or lose some?
Don't worry! We offer 'Oops Insurance.' If you run out of a specific color or have a spill, contact our support team with your order number and the DMC color code, and we will send you replacement diamonds for free.
Can I return my kit if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened kits in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return authorization.
Are the canvases poured glue or double-sided tape?
At Diamond Painting Pro, we use premium poured glue for all our canvases. This ensures a super-strong bond that won't lose stickiness and prevents wrinkles or 'rivers' often found with double-sided tape.
